Kai is deeply passionate about living a present and embodied life. His favourite approach to achieving this is through mindful practices that connect the body and mind. Whether through yoga, breathwork, exercise, or bodywork, Kai continuously hones these tools to cultivate presence.
As a dedicated practitioner, Kai shares his passion by teaching vinyasa and yin yoga, guiding Zenthai flows, leading cacao ceremonies, and offering personalised 1:1 Zenthai Shiatsu & breathwork sessions. He is always eager to expand his toolkit, exploring new ways to deepen the connection between the body and the present moment and to share what works for him with his community.
