Welcome to our Zenthai Level One - Refresher event! Join us at HUM Studio for a day of reconnecting with the Level One gestures of Zenthai Shiatsu. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just completed your taining, this refresher course is the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice.

We are going to warm up our bodies, with yoga and playful connection. The universe will buddy us up with a friend, we are going to be led through a 90min flow. A litte pause, water in water out, feedback and when we swap to move into the 2nd round of our 90min flow.

Come ready to dive back into the flow and energy of Zenthai, surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
